Jack’s Cause Scholarship Program

Funds raised will be used to fund academic and youth enrichment program tuition and supplies to children who have lost a parent to cancer.  Jack’s Cause makes awards once a year on January 24th.  The number of awards and  amount of awards will vary from year to year.  Individual awards for enrichment programs are $500 and scholarship awards are $1,000.

Eligibility is limited to individuals who can demonstrate financial need and:

• Are United States Citizens
• Have attained age 14 and are under age 24 on date of award
• Have been recommended by 2 faculty members of their current educational institution.

The Scholarship Committee will meet in November of each year and make awards based on financial need, applicants commitment to academic, athletic or arts goals; performance of community service and the submitted essay or video.
