About Us Jack’s Cause

"Jack's Cause" was formed on December 16, 2010 as a Texas Non-Profit Corporation by Wayne R. Maynard and Bonnie Cuellar for the purpose of raising funds to provide academic and youth enrichment program scholarships to children who have lost a parent to cancer.  Funds raised through this entity will benefit children outside of the Bolton family. Jack’s family hopes to maintain his legacy and provide much needed support to other children whose family has been affected by cancer. Jack’s wife, Terri Bolton, will serve on the Scholarship Committee and will assist in selecting scholarship recipients in his honor.
